For the Spring 2026, Coach Troy (American Amateur 7‑dan) will offer 6 different levels of Go courses at the Austin Great Wall Chinese School. L3 — Intermediate Class (Online) Students begin playing full games on the 19×19 board, learning essential opening principles such as “take the corners first, then the sides.” The class also introduces core joseki for hoshi (star point) and komoku (3–4 point). Practice uses Yike Kids Go and 101weiqi.com. Solid mastery of basic capturing skills and foundational shape knowledge is required. L3 中级班（线上）开始学习19路对局的技巧，包括先占角后占边的布局原则，星和小目的基本定式等。课下练习使用弈客少儿围棋平台和101围棋网。参加春季中级班的同学，需要熟练掌握基本的吃子技巧和棋形知识。
